German Brno Personalities of Six Centuries

Through the lives of both well-known and lesser-known figures, this exhibition explores the multicultural character of Brno, where Czech and German influences together shaped its unique identity. Discover the nearly forgotten poet Greta Bauer Schwind, whose poetry was admired by Thomas Mann, or Johann Leopold Köffiller, the man who helped transform Brno into the “Manchester of Moravia.”
